Excellent location for a couple wanting to do some shopping and dining out. Don't get a lakeside room unless you are okay with hearing the noise from the boardwalk rides at Broadway at the Beach. Hotel is a short walk from the beach so no need to drive down and find somewhere to park. AC unit ran the entire time we were there even though it was only 70 outside, although it did keep the room at a comfortable temp, just was noisy which resulted in us having to turn the volume on the TV up. Comfort of bed/bedding lives up to the Hampton standards. Shower needed some additional cleaning of walls as there was some hair from previous guests on the ceiling. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. « less

This is a good location if your not looking for ocean front but I must say you are right in the middle of Broadway at the Beach. Everything that you need is in walking distance(clubs;comedy;food(Fat Tuesday;Senor Frogs; Margaritville ; bars) I recommend this hotel.. « less
