I was here for one night. If I had to, I would stay here again. Clean, good shower pressure and nice staff. Suggestions: the bathroom floor towel although very clean, it was shredded on one side which didn't look good at a hotel that probably could use a renovation ; the room I had didn't have a little table to put luggage on, so I opened my carry-on on top of the small lounge chair which was awkward. « less

First of all, I would like to address the review left by "K-9 Hotel". You could have at any time left and gone elsewhere had these highly trained K-9's bothered you so much. These K-9's that attend these dog shows are very well-trained, most times are crated and rarely, if ever, use the restroom indoors. I guarantee you, YOU left more germs and nastiness behind than these K-9's did. As for your comment about the manager's indifference, I highly doubt that. My husband and I have stayed at this very hotel many many times and have always been treated very well. Any requests or concerns we may have had were immediately addressed in a very polite and professional manner. I believe you may be one of those people that just complains to hear yourself talk. Welcoming the K-9 Club was a good business decision on their part and I am quite sure you would have been highly welcomed to leave at any point. To the staff at Tulsa Inn and Suites-I am handicapped and in a power chair most times that you see me and I want to thank all of you, especially the kitchen staff that serves the continental breakfasts, for all the times you have all helped make our stay more pleasant and comfortable. We have stayed at many hotels and yours is ALWAYS clean, your staff friendly and professional and we always leave well rested and extremely happy. We will see you all this weekend! Many Thanks to All of You, Billy and Rebecca, Lawton, Oklahoma. « less

This Best Western is at a great location. It's just off the Interstate, and is in a cluster of other hotels so it is easy to find. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance: Cracker Barrell, Ruby Tuesdays, McDonald's, and an IHOP, providing a good choice for many tastes.
We found our room to be spacious, had a comfortable bed, and was similar to other Best Western Plus hotels that we have enjoyed in the past. Breakfast was hot, with many choices to choose from and well attended by staff.
However, it was very noisy. I realize that there is going to be some noise from folks who aren't very considerate of other travelers. That is, unfortunately, one of the downfalls of traveling. But in the case of this hotel, there was very little noise insulation from the doors to the hallway, and even normal conversations were heard as if people were in the same room. Couple that with the very loud door closings, (many other hotels have addressed this problem) and it made for quite a sleepless night, the one thing that we really needed after a very long day of traveling.
We had to return to this area on our way home from Arizona, and due to the sleepless night from our previous stay, chose to stay at another hotel, of which there are plenty in the area to choose from. « less
