The hotel is on the back side of the Dyersburg mall, so you have to drive through mall parking lot or behind mall to get in. The outside was well kept and look good. Check in was just a bit slow. The lobby was clean and well lit. Our rooms and keys were waiting on us. When we got to the rooms I discovered the incorrect bed in one. I went to the front desk just a couple minutes after arriving, and could not find receptionist. After a 10 minute wait she explained the reservation I had in my hand was not what the computer said and she could not give me the room I reserved. The room was nice just incorrect. The bed was very comfortable and the ac worked great. The breakfast was adequate, just not what we wanted. Check out was simple and quick. We did not receive the 100% guarantee that Hampton promised. If the area had a different Hilton Honors hotel I would stay, but since they don’t I would stay there again. « less

This hotel was clean and the staff was great. It had no elevator so we had to stay on the first floor. We have bad knees. Also this location has no exercise room. You must go down the street to another facility. This was not an option for me in a city I did not know. The shower in the handicapped bathroom flooded the entire floor. The slope of the floor was off. Will try a different hotel if I am in Dyersburg TN again. « less

I travel to Texas and back twice a year and stay at this hotel on the way down and when I return. A great hotel at a reasonalble price. I especially appreciate that they are pet friendly (one of the few Hamptons that is) since I travel with a small Shih Tzu named Abby who is my constant companion. « less
