The spa was definitely busy due to graduation and was showing that it could not handle that kind of traffic. I had to find someone to get me shoes. The massage, facial and pedicure where good. Very pricey compared to other places, but you are paying for the entire experience! Check out was a disaster. The front desk could not handle the traffic. It took over 45 minutes to check out, and even then the process was not even completed. Still had calls and emails to get it completely straightened out. Then my charge card was charged incorrectly. Lots of wasted time for me to get this all resolved. Because I left so late having to sit and wait, I was stuck in traffic. All the calming effects from the spa were lost. That was my last time (and my sisters) for this spa. « less

From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff was efficient, friendly and accommodating. We arrived for my daughters' college graduation, so the hotel was bursting with activity and yet, the maid service, the valets, the front desk staff and all wait servers in the bar and lounge areas gave impeccable service! There were no cutting corners at any level! The entire weekend could NOt have been better-- right down to the delicious chocolates at my pillow! « less

A friend recommended this fantastic hotel when we learned our son would be attending CU four years ago. We stay here twice a year and always look forward to coming back. The service is consistently excellent and the concierge staff is friendly, helpful, never too busy and always happy to go the extra mile. The rooms are comfortably appointed and there is usually great live entertainment I'm the lobby bar/outdoor patio. Our son just graduated. We will miss this gem. « less

Stayed at the St. Julien and was really impressed with the hotels style, quality, service... It was all at or near 5 stars. Nice find for a little college town (although if you have been to Boulder before you know it is so much more than that). Our son was touring CU and I can say the campus was awesome but better yet, we have a really nice hotel and spa to stay at when we come to visit him!. The front desk was really warm and friendly, the concierge spent loads of time with us and was super nice.. the spa is very nice (smallish but high end). The location is great, you can't walk to campus but it's a block off Pearl where all the fun shopping and restaurants are. I'd give this hotel a 4.5 star in my book... « less

We recently had one night to spend in Boulder and I made a last minute reservation at the St Julien. I really debated spending the extra money but then decided to go for it. Wow....money was so well spent. From the minute we arrived we just felt special. Every staff member we came across was so helpful and friendly. The room was so luxurious. The gym was well equipped, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The staff was so great in helping us to plan our 24 hour getaway with so many tips on what to do, where to eat etc. I highly recommend the St Julien and I hope we have the opportunity to come back. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"Our trip to Pittsburgh, including the stay at the Days Inn, was excellent. I'm very glad I found your web site and will both be using it in the future, and recommending to colleagues. The responsiveness of the site, and its ability to find us lodging even in the midst of the US Open, was wonderful. Independently, the best another teacher could do initially was secure a hotel about an hour away from downtown. She was also very pleased with our final accommodations." S.K. - Western New York
"This was the easiest way to find hotel packages that i have ever experienced!! We are very happy with this service though and will recommend it to others her at the university." P.M. - Orlando, FL
