We spent 3 nights in this hotel in Oct 2012. We read the reviews on TA after we booked the place and were scared that the place would be horrible. IT WASNT! The positives: A quiet neighbourhood, a neat room and bathroom, a friendly check in - the lady helped us in getting the room earlier than the check in time.
The Negatives: The hotel is very far from the city center, however the metro station helps in connecting it to all parts of the town. The station is about a 10 - 12 minute walk from the hotel. and the metro takes a good 40 minutes to get to the center of the city There are nt any food options around and the breakfast buffet isnt really saying much!!
However as we got a booking here at a really short notice and it was a clean, warm place we didnt mind the distance. « less

Stayed there for 3 nights, very bad experience (Please listen my dear tour operator) it is about a kilometer away from metro/tube staton 'Pointe du lac' have to walk upto metro line no.8 and change at Bessille station for line no.1 to reach city main area. It is about 25 metro station away and a journey of 50 minutes to reach city. Hotel rooms are full of broken furniture, table,doors etc. Breakfast is just basic, No place to eat, only one 'Tablapizza' nearby, no choice. Dear tourists please stay away from this Hotel

The hotel, reception and the rooms smelled like drains. Everywhere was extremely dirty, especially the rooms and the bathrooms. Breakfast only included croissant, egg and corn flakes but we could not dare eating because forks, spoons and cups were all dirty with food leftovers. The staff was too rude. When we said sth, they pretended as if they have not heard. We asked for a cup and the guy threw it on the table.The guy at the reception tried to deceive us when we asked him to call a cab. He thought that we did not understand French and asked for a commisson from the cab driver on above of the price we would pay.The bath tub was broken so all the water came into the room and the phone was out of order so we had to clean it.There were bugs in the room.When we woke up in the morning, we realized that we have been bitten from various parts of our bodies.It is located in the ghetto of Paris, not safe to get out alone. And one of the staff who disturbed us with hatred attitude was being controlled by a solicitor everyday.When you ask for sth, the staff leaves as if not heard. And on our last day, the staff working at the breakfast lounge took our plates while we were still eating.

As soon as we arrived staff were stareing at us through the windows. This unsettling atmosphere set the tone for this hotel. Obviously a comfort inn which had been stripped of all it's features leaving just the bare essentials the only thing I can say in favour of this hotel was that the beds were not just planks of wood. Breakfast was horrendous to such an extent I was scared for my health if I ate it. Everything was overpriced and the atmosphere was so depressing in the bar area that on the second night everyone would rather stay in their rooms. In the space of ten miniutes the three of us (which coincidentally were in a two person room which was missold to us) had broken: the shower curtain, the radiator, a lamp and the shower just by touching them. The corridors seemed like they were straight from the shining. The staff seemed very untrustworthy and I was glad I took the time to buy a lock before leaving as I was scared about my belongings. Overall the money saved by going here is definitely not worth it and had it not been for the short amount of time I had to spend here my trip to Paris may have been ruined « less
