All reservations have a one time clean. This is a condominium, with fully equiped kitchens and washers and dryers. Most units are 2 bed 2 bath which sleep 6 people ($77.70 clean fee). We have some efficiencies that sleep 2 people ($44.40 clean fee) and some 3 bedroom suites (99.90 clean fee).

This is a multi purpose meeting room. We don't provide any kind of services, but it comes with a fully equipped kitchen so you can self cater or bring in any catering services. We have had many wedding receptions and family reunions here.
