Clean and mostly comfortable. Beds were too high off the floor, was unable to get in or out without help. They were able to find a step for me to use and it did help. I could only wonder if I was the only person with disabilities that had ever stayed. There were no towel racks and no safety bars for getting out of the tubs. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
