Property Description

The Courtyard by Marriott Simi Valley is conveniently located 40 miles north of Los Angeles and 50 miles south of Santa Barbara in beautiful Ventura County. We are minutes away from the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and steps away from major companies such as Bank of America, Farmers Insurance, Simi Valley Hospital and Amgen. We are also located near the cities of Thousand Oaks and Moorpark and are less than 5 miles from Cal Lutheran University and Moopark College. Come visit our many beautiful golf courses--Tierra Rejada, Lost Canyons, Wood Ranch and Moorpark Country Club are all located minutes away. Other points of interest include California's famous beaches--Malibu is just a short drive away. Magic Mountain and Universal Studios are about 30 minutes away and Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm just over an hour away.
