When staying outside of city centers, Residence Inns are always reliable. We stayed two nights here as we were visiting relatives close by.
We had a studio which was roomy, the one bedroom suites are a little nicer as the bedroom is separate from the "living" space. The little kitchen was stocked with everything you would need.
We did have some minor issues. We thought the layout of the hotel to be odd and confusing and you had to go outside in the cold and rain to get to the lobby and breakfast area. The room was well equipped except for a luggage rack. As we were only staying two nights, we did not wish to unpack all our clothes, but we had no place to conveniently put our suitcases except on the floor or coffee table. Upon returning after the room had been made up, we thought it odd and wasteful that the dishwasher had been run for two coffee cups and one glass, yet the coffee pot had not been cleaned and the coffee was not replaced. But those are little things.
The breakfast had a nice choice of items and they changed it slightly from one day to the next. The staff was pleasant, the free WiFi worked well, and the room was clean and quiet (have stayed when there are hockey teams and it was awfully noisy). « less

I was traveling with a friend to north Boston area and got this room through Priceline for a great price. Room was large with kitchen area, sofa which was a pull out bed, a comfy full sized bed, decent sized restroom. The location was right off the major highway. We arrived at 2:30 AM and the person at the counter was very helpful and courteous. Complimentary breakfast had hot food items and quite edible. A successful choice. « less

Stayed for a week. It was typical for a residence inn. The staff were very helpful the bed was very good. Internet was good. It is a bit older hotel but i was on the top floor. I am not sure how much sound tranfers between floors. Despite being older it is well maintained. If you need a good place for a business stay you cant do much better. « less

We were there for a hockey tournament during MLK weekend. Our stay consisted of three nights and four days (Fri-Mon). The entire staff were not only very helfpul but very friendly. It is always a challenge when there are so many young hockey players milling about wanting to play knee hockey in the hallway. But it worked out fine - the kids played in their rooms. The front lobby lounge area was spacious and we were able to get take out from the CHateau, bring some beer/wine and watch the football playoffs. The breakfast buffet is always a key part of the stay - enough foods for even the pickiest of eaters. The hotel is located right off the highway and is near several good restaurants. There is also a mall in nearby Salem, NH. « less

Recent stay with family in a suite room (2 separate bedrooms with queen bed and a bath each, plus central room with pull-out couch and kitchenette). The place is clean, staff friendly, etc. The room layout is just great for a family, and at $160 very affordable, especially as compared to getting two rooms somewhere. Location is in a business park, so very quiet. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"This has to be the easiest reservation I have ever encountered, as far as a group reservation anyway. When I made group reservations for my other daughter's wedding in Houston a few years ago, it was a nightmare! Wish I would have known about you then." Carolyn H. - Boston, MA
"Your site has helped me out tremendously. I was really impressed with the number of responses that I received. I will use you guys every time. It was, is and will continue to be a great experience. " D.B. - Dallas, TX
