From the staff to the cleanliness of the room I was extremely pleased with the Hilton Doubletree, Norwalk, CT. I have not stayed at a Doubletree in many years. I was pleasantly surprised that since they have become part of the Hilton hotel chain, the improvements are beyond any expectation I might have had. The staff definitely did go above and beyond their normal duties and were very happy doing it. Doubletree is definitely #1 on my list for future travel « less

The bartender came from behind the bar several times to refresh our water and refresh our drink glasses.Our guest room was large and clean, and had a full sofa. « less

I have stayed here 3 times in the past year the last time was the end of February 2013. All 3 times the staff has been very helpful. Our 1st time there (March 2012) was a large group there making lots of noise but the staff helped make that better and were very accommodating to me and my son. The 2nd stay was August 2012 for an overnight before school started up with my daughter and son and again very nice the staff was excellent.The 3rd time was February 2013 we came up to meet the penguins at the aquarium. We used the indoor pool all 3 times and it was very clean and enjoyable. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good too. When we come back to the aquarium we will stay again we try to come up for the special exhibits so I am sure it will be sometime soon. If looking for a nice place to stay in the area I would recommend this hotel! « less
