I was here for my second time and both times the hotel was clean and welcoming. The location is great, on Seneca Lake and very close to Hobart and William Smith Colleges which is why I was there. My daughter is a student and I have stayed at several hotels near the college but The Ramada Lakefront is my favorite. The staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming and glad to help in any way. This was a stand out feature of the hotel. Great beds and pillows, too! « less

Good location for wine tastings , rooms were very nice. The "pool" was a joke . Was about the size of a very big hot tub only it was cold. Didn't look super clean. . Don't know if its worth paying for the lake view , small windows didn't have much of a view . Was still a good getaway with the wife and we had fun. « less

Beautiful location by the lake with fantasitc sunrises and sunsets. Food service for our group lunches/dinners was not up to par, items were not refilled on a timely basis, and the food was often late to start with. Quality of the food was excellent. Room was nice but bed was like a rock. « less
