Welcome to The Landing at Newport. These bay view condominium units are fully furnished and feature one and one half bathrooms, gas fireplaces, low maintenance tile entries, maple cabinetry and tile countertops in the kitchens. Many of the units have washers and dryers for your convenience. Often reaching summer temperatures as much as ten degrees warmer than on the beach, this area is usually immune from the summer coastal fog allowing for great fishing, crabbing, and sailing. If you are the type of person who enjoys fabulous views, charming shops and restaurants, local golfing and theater, modern facilities and peace of mind, The Landing At Newport just might be for you. For your convenience we offer one bedroom designated pet friendly units upon request only, with USD75 refundable deposit and USD25 fee for the first night and USD10 for each additional night.You must call for pet unit availability,limited rooms available.
