We were on our way to NOLA and chose this hotel for two reason 1. The good reviews 2. Location. We took a side trip to Little Rock to the Clinton Presidential Library and evening on Beale St
We stayed for two days I have nothing but good things to say about our stay.
Check in was fast, desk clerk very helpful and friendly. Room was larger than I expected, the Room was nicely kept. Bathroom was very clean and fresh looking, shower had great water pressure.
Tip of the hat to housekeeping!
Even a flat screen TV large enough you didn’t have to squint to see it! Standard microwave and Mini refrigerator, free WiFi. Good soundproofing, room was mostly quite. Beds were quite comfy and slept really well. Breakfast was a bit better than most hotels in it class.
Regretfully, we never had time to even see the pool or exercise room.
About a 15 minute drive to Beale St. We will here stay again. « less

Facility was clean and breakfast was sufficient. If I could find a negative, it would be that the coffee pot was empty in the evening! « less

My family of four stopped here on our way north to Michigan from New Orleans. We arrived around 10pm and got a room without a reservation. The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The facility was right off the highway, so it was easy to get to, yet we had no problems with highway noise. Morning breakfast area was clean, kept well stocked, and adequate for a hotel breakfast. The entire building was clean and in great shape. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place to spend the night. « less

We stopped here on our road trip. It is clean and well maintained. The beds slept very well. The hotel is easy to find. However our in car navigation, couldn't find the location. I thought there may have been an other one near by. There is only one. The staff seemed friendly and polite. The breakfast was the only let down. However, there was fruit and cereal. I would stay here again if we travel this direction. « less

I don't understand some of the bad reviews of this property. My husband and I stay here at this hotel by choice since we find the staff congenial, the rooms fresh and clean and the location great for our purposes. I am a very particular person when it comes to beds, and both my husband and I agree that the beds here are as good as we are going to get for the price paid ($73). They are clean, no bugs (and I am a bedbug checker, believe me!), linens were NOT worn and fuzzy! However, this time my husband did complain about the pillows...too soft and squishy. I brought my own so I did not experience that problem. I have found in most hotels that if you ask for alternate pillows they usually are able to accommodate your request, so for those who don't like soft pillows, bring your own or ask right up front for more solid ones. Regards the road noise, yes, if you stay in the front rooms of the hotel facing the interstate, there is filtered road noise. I-55 is a major truck route running north to Chicago and south to New Orleans, so truck traffic comes with the territory, folks. Ask for a room on the back as most reviewers recommend and noise issues will abate. I might point out that every major hotel chain that has a facility in the West Memphis/Marion area are either on I-40 or I-55. We have stayed in a vast number of them over the years and believe me, they ALL have road noise in rooms that face the highway! Since I am now retired, I no longer care about business centers, so I have to rely on comments from other reviewers in this regard. However, the wireless internet in our room was free, was easy to connect to and was very fast. The flat TV was an off brand, but still was very nice, mounted on the wall and my husband got his NCAA Basketball Championship fix even away from home! No complaints there. The king bed room was spacious, shower was great, bath and bedroom was clean. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered cheerfully and promptly. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, and food area was spotlessly clean and spacious. Newspapers were still available at our early evening check-in, no problems there. No problems with parking in front. Our visit was mid-week. All in all another nice experience, and we will be back there in a month for Memphis in May. « less
