The breakfast was complimentary which was very simple but adequate. I chose the romance package option and the room was done up very nice when we arrived. I felt like this was very good value. « less

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night. Michael, on the check-in counter, was extremely courteous and the process was very quick. Upon arriving at our room, we found that it only had a shower, and not a tub. Called down to the front desk, was advised that there were rooms available and immediately was put into a room that had exactly what we wanted. Great experience! Great exercise room! Also, very nice (and free) breakfast! « less

I’m sorry that your initial room only had the walk in shower. We do have a selected number of these rooms in the hotel. Some find them ideal, and some such as yourself prefer a room with the tub. We can appreciate your preference.
We are happy to read Michael was able to accommodate your needs easily, Michael is definitely an asset to our team and we recognize the value of his friendly and courteous demeanor. He is a pleasure to work with and we will see to it that your comments are passed on to him.

We can’t help but to notice your tip on room location. We do apologize for any inconvenience cause by outside road noise. I enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary teas. The hot tub is a bit small but wonderfully relaxing after a long day at the courts. « less
