The free breakfast was above average, the free WiFi was as good as in any hotel anywhere, and I can only recommend this place. « less

While in the area on business, stayed for 2 nights. No doubt the location on El Camino Real provides access to work and points of interest. Garage parking, a larger room then expected and a very comfortable night's sleep. Although there was a full breakfast, I wasnt able to stop and enjoy it, but it looked like other guests were enjoying it. The cost per night was very reasonable-in fact almost 2 to 1 night at other hotels located a bit further down El Camino Real. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would stay here again when back in the area. « less

This is a very nice hotel. The room is clean and spacious. When we came to our room, there was a note for us from the hotel's manager wishing us a nice stay. The reception staff was very welcoming. Checking in took seconds and we were offered some water, cookies, and other snacks. I know that maybe some people are used to this kind of service but after staying in Super8 (also on El Camino Real, 6miles from here), Holiday Inn seems like a wonderful place to stay.
In addition, the hotel is not very far from Broadway where all restaurants and shops are. It took us about 15 minutes to get there (walking).
If you go to Stanford, you should consider this place. It's a 15-minute drive from here to the university. But I'm sure that there are buses that to there, as well. « less

There was everything I expected there to be - garage for parking, nice spacious room with a comfy bed and a selection of pillows, clean bathroom, air conditioning unit in the room (this was especially useful as the weather was somewhat cold during my stay). The room was pretty quiet, the loudest thing in it was the fridge, so eventually I had to turn it off since I was not storing anything in it anyway. They offer great variety of food at the breakfast, and also have vending machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors, not to mention lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. « less
