My stay at the Ramada Inn in West Hollywood was truly unpleasant and awful. I was first hit with the surprise that I had to pay parking, something not clear at the website. When I questioned the front desk staff about this, they weren't able to show me in the website where was that information and admitted it wasn´t clear though they never offered any apologize or retribution. I found out three days later by the parking attendent that the hotel offered a pass which would allow me to come in and out of the parking structure, paying at check out. When I asked the manager why wasn´t I offered this pass, he replied that I didn't ask for one. Also, one of the female staff members was extremely rude and choose to ignore me instead of addressing my problems. I assumed, that her as the full staff seeing unqualified to answer any questions or solve any problems. I asked for a contact number to a supervisor and though I left five messages asking for a phone call nobody returned my calls. Finally, the housekeeping was awful, cleaning half way and leaving the wet bar area dirty. I have stayed at $50 a day motels that have treated me better. « less

We apologize regarding the confusion about overnight parking. Our hotel, like most in West Hollywood charge for overnight parking. Ramada Worldwide, when upgrading their corporate website, omitted the overnight parking fee. We have contacted them regarding this error and it should be corrected shortly. As a sign of good faith, we offered you free parking during the duration of your stay.
All guests should be provided an overnight parking pass and I will discuss this issue with our front office staff. Our guestrooms are usually clean and well maintained. I will share comments with our housekeeping staff.
I apologize that your experience was anything less than satisfying. Our goal is to meet the needs of each and every guest we serve, and to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and assists us in improving our service. In addition, please know that your comments and issues will be reviewed and addressed.

We stayed at this hotel for a family event in May 2013 and were very pleased with it. Our room was spacious (and also the room of our other relative who stayed at this hotel) and clean and very pleasant. The shower design in our particular room was not so great but ok enough. And the car self-parking is a little confusing. But otherwise this place is great and especially all the staff were very helpful and frendly and that really makes the whole thing fun. « less

The hotel, at no extra charge, offers self parking and valet service to both our hotel and retail customers. We also give priority to our hotel guests for self parking on the 1st level, which is adjacent to the hotel lobby for easier access.

Stayed at the Ramada Plaza West Hollywood in May. Hotel room was clean and tidy as well as the bathrooms. Beds were good. Check in staff were friendly upon check in also let us check in a little early which i thought was great as most hotels would even consider it.
Nice place for breakfast & coffee next door called Kitchen 24 .
The only downside is the cost of parking . VERY expensive bout $30.00 per night, but i assuming this cant be help as i don't think own it.

Kitchen 24, our on-site restaurant, has been a wonderful addition to Ramada Plaza WEHO. K24 provides a wonderful selection of food, appetizers and drinks. The menu items prices are reasonably priced and they’re open 24 hours a day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also feature a wonderful outdoor patio area an offer a full bar with an extended happy hour, 7 days a week.
Our overnight parking rates are actually some of the lowest in the area. Historically, West Hollywood has limited parking space available, and parking rates tend to reflect this problem.
Typically, most urban hotels charge for overnight parking.

Ramada Plaza WEHO has an excellent location and places it guests within walking distance to many exciting night clubs, fine restaurants and great shopping on Santa Monica, Sunset Blvd and La Cienega Blvd. We’re also only eight blocks from Beverly Center, Beverly Connection and Cedar Sinai Medical Center. Many of these locations can be walked to or require just a short trip by car or taxi.
