We stayed here on our way home from a conference and were very pleased. The room was clean and comfortable, there were a variety of restaurants and a movie theater nearby. The complimentary breakfast was hot and the selection was good. The best thing though was the staff. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful, from bringing extra pillows to clearing breakfast dishes and refilling coffee cups, and helping people with their luggage. « less

I was quite surprised at the number of positive reviews for this hotel. We stayed here for one night on a long vacation to visit family in Indiana and Ohio and decided to visit the Creation Museum. That was one very positive thing about our stay is it included tickets to the museum, a big plus! Part of the problem was we always stay where there is wireless internet in our rooms for work and keeping in touch with family. We were told they had called a company to come out and look at the problem but they would likely not be there because it was Good Friday, so were just basically out of luck there. The hotel is in a very noisy area, we heart sirens constantly until very late in the evening. Just not what I expect when I stay at a Hampton Inn, I would expect less of a cost at this one and that was not the case. « less

I could tell when I pulled up this was an older Hampton property. The lobby and grounds were very clean and well maintained. My room and the hotel had been remodled and it was very clean . The only negative for me was the work space. The desk area is built in and is very narrow, just room for my laptop and not much else it also faced the back wall. Just kind of awkward and unique to the other hotels I stay in. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was above and beyond the standard and the staff was very helpful in keeping everything hot and well maintained. The price and accommodations were overall a good value. « less

Due to work, I've been staying in Florence KY for a few months now. Having stayed at multiple hotels, I've found the Hampton Inn to be my most preferred stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Jordon, Jessy and Jeff. Also, it's located within walking range of no less than 8 restaurants. When work sends me back, I know where I'm going to book my room! « less
