With Embassy Suites you always know what to expect with the room accommodations and the breakfast. This hotel delivered all that, plus it was clean, in like-new condition. The staff at the front desk was cheerful and helpful. The food at the complimentary breakfast was very good. The bed was very soft, which is unusual in my experience for a hotel bed. « less

Stayed here for 2 nights on a recent business trip. Check in was easy and experienced no problems at all. LIke other people have stated the room does need to be updated. The bathroom was small and tired looking. The furniture in the living room also could be updated. The bed was comfortable and overall it was pretty quitet at nite. Both nights had dinner in the downstairs resturant and was really suprised by the quality of the food. Both dinners were excellent! Hotel is a solid 3 stars but the exta star was due to the food. « less

The staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. The hotel grounds looked very beautiful and well kept. Riding in the glass elevators, gave you a great view of the hotel. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed seemed a bit dated but it did the job, both TV's were modern. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Two reasons for not getting a 5 star rating. Wi fi is an additional charge and secondly; I slept on the sofa bed in the LR and the air conditioner seemed loud when it was on, it woke me up a couple of times. The kids slept peacefully in the bedroom and didn't notice any noise and didn't wake up til the morning,
In the morning, they have free continental breakfast, and a short order cook who is ready to make you eggs of your choice. While you are enjoying your breakfast, you can watch TV or enjoy the ambiance, the decor makes you feel you are eating breakfast outside.

To start out I must say that this is not the first time that I have stayed at this hotel. I have a club where we have periodic over night's for the group and we are able to have connecting rooms. This time we did not need the connecting room since there were only 4 of us. We booked one day in advance as we had booked at another hotel and realized that this other hotel did not have an indoor pool which was a must have for the girls. The cost was $126 per night using my AAA discount and this also included taxes. We waited a very short time for check in and the front desk staff was very pleasant. We were given room 444 which was a corner room over the pool area. I was happy to have a corner room because that meant that there was only a neighbor on one side. I was very happy initially with the room. It was spacious and clean. The negatives were that the bathroom tile appeared old as if it was the original, the heating system was very loud and the wet bar sink did not drain (we did not use it much so we waited until check out to report it). Breakfast was excellent with many choices of hot and cold foods, and hot and cold drinks and fresh fruits. The pool area was nice with the exception of the kids parties and the adults not being considerate of others who were not in their group. Check out was a breeze. « less
