I have stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites AFA a number of times. The quality of my experience each time cannot be surpassed by any other hotel! The room is always very clean with all of the necessary amenities and more; the staff is incredibly warm and efficient; every detail is addressed. The staff can be counted on to find ways to provide the highest customer service--from assigning a familiar room, providing notes and extras to make a special welcome, making favorites available for breakfast, brushing the snow off the cars (YES, can you believe it??), and expressing sincere interest in the accommodations of every guest.
