We were in town for business and booked the hotel via the Days Inn website. The rooms were nice an clean and worth the price we paid for. We got lucky, since because of the weekend rates even went up, right after we had booked ;o). The staff there is very nice and receptive to all kinds of request we had. Especially Anjana from the frontdesk was a great help. Thank you guys for making our stay such a really good experience.
PS: In the mornigs we went jogging to the Castaic lake area, which is very beautiful and located really close by. « less

what a poorly run dump. no phone book, no paper pad and pen, bathroom had two t/p rollers and each one had less than 1/4 roll and no full new roll anywhere in the room. AA battery on the floor underneath sink (great toy for the kids, right), food scraps behind the fridge, room coffee packets- usually have two reg and two decaf- my room had only one decaf. went to lobby at 7am for coffee- pot was empty and front desk guy seemed really put out to make a new pot. wifi very iffy, sometimes working and other times not. very poorly run joint. « less

This Days Inn was in a area that was run down, the motel its self looked a little run down but the landscaping was very nice. It looked as if the management was taking pride in what they had to work with. The carpet in the room was stained and not very clean looking, The furnishings were outdated and felt sticky as if the wrong kind of stain was applied. The convenience of having a microwave and fridge were a nice surprise, but there was not a way to adjust the fridge temp so it froze every thing. I had to throw out most of what I bought. « less
