Property Description

Wintergreen is an 11,000 acre resort offering a variety of year round recreational lodging and meeting facilities. Located 3,800 feet high in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains, the resort lies 35 miles southwest of Charlottesville and 145 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. Wintergreen borders the Blue Ridge Parkway. Wintergreen offers approximately 270 villa style accommodations ranging in size from studio to 9 bedroom homes. Accommodations include at least kitchenette to a full operational kitchen, comfortable living areas- most with cozy fireplaces and a balcony or deck. Meeting planners can select just the right sized, custom-equipped space from among our 14 conference rooms and 40,000 total square feet of meeting and exhibit areas. The Lookout, Blue Ridge Terrace and The Shamokin Terrace offers beautiful outdoor options for cookouts, buffets, weddings and other theme events.
