No carafe or mugs so had to gauge small paper cups to avoid flooding tray and credenza. Very small problem, and plenty free downstairs with big cups. Travel time to downtown Boston is very traffic dependent. Even coming back on Sunday eve was stalled. « less

The start of the Bedford Narrow Gauge Rail-Trail is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and is very pretty. Use Google Maps to locate ... the directions we were given by the hotel were totally out of date. « less

As I am a frequent visitor to this area, this is my go-to hotel when my preferred is unavailable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice desk area for working late. free wifi a big plus. Snacks for purchase at all hours, a bonus for some, is a little too tempting for me. I find the room-service menu a little too basic, but it works in a pinch. Exactly what you would expect for this hotel class. Overall, a very good value for the price point. « less

I stayed in the hotel for a month, the staff extremely friendly and so helpful, as I did not have access to a car I was able to use the hotel shuttle which brought me to the local train station, to the Burlington mall and other places. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast man that was so good, I left that place a few pounds heavier, the price for the dinner was what you would expect to pay at any restaurant and man the dinners were so good I ordered the several dishes multiple times. Now while there was a problem with the room the hotel staff moved me that day without any problems, would most definitely recommend it to anyone. « less

If I had any complaint it would be the signage from the highway to the hotel was not clearly visible, and since the hotel is behind several large buildings, you could easily miss it.
I would definitely stay there again, if the opportunity arose. « less
