i checked into the Garden Inn on the afternoon of July 4 for two nights planning to spend time with friends over the holiday. I was NOT informed that there was this "no refund policy"?? I had car trouble that evening and decided it was best to return home in case it got worse. I checked out at 10 a.m. on the morning of July 5 expecting the next nights lodging fee to be credited back to my credit card since I had to leave (most motels do this for an unexpected trip interuption). I was informed by the desk clerk that this was a refund and they had a NO REFUND POLICY on a prepaid room. I couldnt get her to reach a manager or even give me a number to call other than the motel front desk. I would not stay at a Garden Inn again. They evidently cant even reach their managers. « less

Excellent choice to stay for the money. Front desk staff strive to make sure that guests are treated royalty. They are concerned with you enjoying your stay and not just getting your money for the room.
The rooms are very clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff are very quiet and polite because who wants to hear morning noise!!! They offer breakfast and they have a beautiful outdoor pool, and they also have internet access for guest plus they have a little convenience store setup at checkin just in case you forget something personal.
Shopping malls & places to eat surround this hotel. You can even let your car rest and just walk around everywhere because of the convenience of everything.

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel for one night at the spur of the moment just to get away from the kids. We woke up the next morning and he felt something biting his leg. I really didnt think anything of it at first but then he jumped up. We go up and pulled back the sheets and there were small red bugs in the bed. I was terrified because I thought they were crabs at first . That was the absolute worst experience anyone could hae and they should be investigate by the Health Department. The receptionists mentioned there were other complaints about this so hopefully other people will come forwrd so we can have something doen about these people. We took pics and filmed alot of things in this room.So please be cautious about this hotel. « less

We are sorry for your inconvenience. We never had any problem or complain before or after your stay. We were also surprised to hear about the complaint. We do take the health issues and cleanliness of our hotel very seriously and we do not want any of our guests to have an unpleasant stay with us. We had the pest control company come and treat the room thoroughly and the room is already tested. So far, since your stay, we did not rent that room. We will be doing one more test and then we may start renting it. We are again very sorry for your bad experience and since your stay was not as pleasant as you expected, we were more than happy to give you the full refund of your stay immediately the same day. We want every guest to be happy and have a memorable stay with us because we very well know that it is the only way that we can get our guest come back to us repeatedly. And we are proud to say that a big share of our business is from our loyal & repeated guests.
