HORRIBLE! The room was full of cockroaches!! We had 3 rooms booked & we all checked out! Will never go back. Manager would not speak to us to resolve the issue or credit us for the remainder of the stay. They were crawling all over the sinks, toilet seat & in the drawers. We had to take all of our stuff outside & shake it all out. We were told roaches are common in Florida & they were even in their home. Pool was also dirty & full of leaves. Rooms were painted all different colors & comforters didn't even fit the beds. The only reason it got 1 star is because it wouldn't let me give it NO stars. « less

I am so sorry that you and your group found it necessary to fabricate a story so ridiculous as this. We have been in contact with you and explained to you about refunding third party payments. We have also contacted our extermination company and had them come out and do a thorough inspection of these rooms and he found no trace of any kind of infestation. Yes this is florida and there are bugs, and with an outside entry room they can and will sneak in if you hold the door open for any length of time. I am not going to belabor the issue of the untruths that you have posted, but I am going to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you.

The room was not clean, the window curtins had holes in them. The wifi would not always work and if it did it was very slow. The swimming pool area was clean, but the pool was slimmy. We couldn't find pool towels. The bathroom area was not well lit and we didn't have enough towels for 3 of us. The hotel was quiet. « less

We are truly sorry that you had such a negative impression of our hotel. Anonymus posting do nothing tohelp us in improving our product as the issues you raised are not the norm in our rooms and not knowing what room you occuppied makes it dificult at best to rectify the situation.
Ou pool is maintained by a professional pool company and inspected monthly by the Health Dept. Pool towels are ALWAYS available at the front desk, as well as extra towels for the rooms. If you needed more you only had to ask and they would have been provided.

Couldn't believe the room. I had reserved a king and when I called to let them know I was going to be late, they told me no problem and that they knew I had requested King they didn't have any available. Book this room 1 month ahead of time. The room really needs to be updated. Bedspread didn't even cover the Boxspring! Couldn't eat breakfast there. Did one morning had waffles and asked for maple syrup. All they had was Lite Blueberry syrup! Service didnt want to look until another couple asked for maple syrup. They brought out about 20 bottles of Lite maple syrup. Was very disappointed. Price was good, but shouldve left. Didn't know the area until I got there to see where other hotels were. Won't be staying there again. Going to Palm Springs in Oct, thought of staying at that hotel,but now so disappointed won't even consider! « less

We are truly sorry that you were unhappy with your stay with us. As explained to you when you called, unexpectated stayovers made it impossible to give you a king room. Knowing that before you checked in gave you the opportunity to cancel your reservation if you were unhappy with the bedding choice we had for you.
Both regular and lite syrup are available at breakfast for the waffles and I am still checking to find out if we were out of the regular type on any given day. Knowing when you stayed would go a long way in answering that .
We do strive for a positive guest experience or all our guests and all commenta are taken seriously. We thank you for taking the time to call this to our attention.
