This is my second business trip here, facilitating a workshop held at the hotel. The conference room is large and is one of the few I have used that I wasn't constantly noticing the temperature fluctuations. Here, the room was comfortable and none of the 60 attendees complained of being too hot or too cold! The guest rooms are wonderful also, with very comfortable beds and furnishings. It is easy to hear voices in the room next door, but that is my only "complaint". I stay at Hamptons whenever possible, and this one is one of the best. The staff are friendly and quite helpful, and the hotel overall is clean and well-maintained. « less

I have stayed at both Hampton Inn & Suites in the Youngstown, Ohio area and this one rates a 5 Star rating. We recently returned from a trip to Florida and stayed at several Hampton Inns and this is by far the nicest Hampton Inn we have encountered overall. The moment we arrived the difference was noticeable from the first greeting by the staff at the desk. It was so pleasant and you felt welcomed into their hotel. The hallways smelled terrific and the room was spotless. The name on the desk in our room said it had been cleaned and prepared by "Tanya." Tanya needs to be commended for the outstanding job she did in that room! The beds and bath were wonderful. No detail was missed in preparing the room for guests-Congratulations to the Management Team & Staff and the entire Housekeeping Staff as well. Everyone working together got it Right! Now if they only had a jacuzzi with the pool, it would have been absolutely perfect. « less
