My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights in April, 2013. The stay was very pleasant! We arrived late, around midnight, but had no issues checking in. The man at the desk (Dan maybe?) was very pleasant and helpful. The room had good space in it and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows! It smelled clean too- no issues of cigarette or cooking smells as brought up before. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, and silverware. One thing I might suggest to hotel staff is in regards to the lighting- It was almost painful at night to have the lights on as they were rough on your eyes while not providing much light. It was a strange occurrence but my only gripe of the whole stay! The location was good too- you are right near major highways (but away from the main road, not loud) There is a giant mall, a movie theater, plenty of restaurants, and a super market all barely 7 minutes away. Right around the corner from the T, and only about a 25 min drive to Boston as well. All in all very nice stay! « less

We arrived late at night with our "life in tow" and dog. The staff was welcoming, kind, and ever so helpful. I had to leave for work very early the next morning-I had my coffee, oatmeal, and fruit to start me off for a great day. Beds are comfy, appointments are all great, immaculate common areas and rooms, laundry area clean and able to handle large loads. The staff is there for every need, question, and a friendly chat as well...this place makes relocating and being displaced easier than any hotel stay we have ever experienced! In addition, the rooms are designed to accommodate a lot of stuff! « less

We booked this hotel for only one night, and regretted not staying longer. I've stayed at more expensive hotels and had less amenities than this place. I really expected it to be like a Motel 6 or a Pineapple Inn or something...very cheap and generic. But, honestly, we were very pleased with it! I liked how it was like a little studio apartment with everything you could need. I can easily understand why people stay here for months on end. Next time I come here *I* would like to have an extended stay. (pun intended) But seriously, the chair was so comfortable I wanted to take it home, we had PLENTY of towels for the kitchen AND bathroom, there was an ironing board with iron, lots of room, and it was spotless!! (I used to work in the hotel industry so I find I'm more critical of this particular area. Especially the mirrors and bathroom, but the cleanliness was on point, my friends.) The only negative thing I WILL say is: I wished there was little shampoos/conditioners for us considering we forgot to pack some, but all-in-all, the place was awesome and we fully plan on staying again. Check it out for yourself! « less
