My only complaint was that you could hear the people above us walking around early in the morning and it was very annoying. Other than that the stay was great! « less

This is probably the smallest extended stay room I have stayed in. We had booked a queen suite and it came with a standard kitchen and pull out sofa bed. What I liked about the kitchen was that it had a dishwasher. It was a comfortable stay but nothing fancy for the price we paid. The bathroom needs updating. The shower curtain smelt of mildew. Overall the room was clean.
They have a grab and go breakfast in the morning. Cereal bats, oatmeal, fruits, coffee etc. « less

There was a snow storm expected during the weekend of my visit and the Manager personally confirmed that I was well prepared for the Storm. The Hotel was a small gymnasium as well:-) I got some good suggestions for the restaurant's to visit and also the places that I should order food from. Overall, it was a pleasant stay « less

We have a small business owners and are on the road 300+ days a year. This is the second time we've stayed at ESA. From Scarborough, ME to West Borough, MA. The staff are professional, courteous, and do everything they can to make sure your stay is five star. The rooms are clean, and if there is anything wrong in the room, from a loose mirror to a mis-matched microwave plate...just ask. They will take care of it post haste. The place has been renovated, flat screen tvs and DVD players are standard room amenities. And they even have a little breakfast nook with coffee, tea, and quick snack items like fruit, breakfast bars, and muffins. « less
