We arrived around 8pm for our one-night reserved stay. Upon arrival the desk clerk Sabrina greeted us. When she handed us the paperwork for the room the price was incorrectly shown as $129/night instead of the $95 we booked it for. Sabrina quickly called the manager and corrected the error.
Because we arrived so late on a busy weekend our Queen nonsmoking suite was not available; we got a handicapped room instead. The room was very clean, with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and kitchenette area.
However, this room was awkward for several reasons. There is no vanity in the handicapped bathroom, so there is nowhere to put toiletries. Second, there is no shelf for shampoo or soap in the shower. we used the tilt-down shower seat as a shelf, but that meant we couldn't stand under the showerhead to wash. Very awkward.
The "grab and go" breakfast consists of granola bars, muffins and oatmeal. Most other chains at this price point have some type of hot breakfast; I wish this hotel had that, too. But it was OK.
Overall we were satisfied with our stay here, but we do wish he'd gotten the regular room we reserved 2 months in advance. « less

We ended up living here while looking for a rental house in the area. Very accommodating. I just wish it had an oven, but we made due by buying bag meals for the stove top. And a King Bed would have been nice as well, but all they have is Queens. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I've stayed in many hotels and this by far is the nicest and has extra room which comes in handy for us with a baby in the room and all his belongs while we wait to find a rental house. « less
