We had asked for a handicap accessible room with 2 beds, unfortunately, they don't have them here. We were able to make due in a room with 2 queens, but it was a tight fit for 3 adults. We definitely did not want to stay long in our room because it felt a bit clausterphobic with the 3 of us in there. They did a nice bit with the closet though. It looks like it's just a giant mirror, but lo! It's actually the door to the closet. I did like that. Tricky, yet very space efficient. They did give us a ground floor room, which we asked for, and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was okay. Average-waffles, egg sandwich halves, but the oatmeal looked uncooked. « less

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and it was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by how well the place was staffed, you didn't have to go far to find someone. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The beds were very soft, got a great night sleep from it.
The pool was nice and warm with a very easy access where you could walk right into it. The jacuzzi however was not that good. Way way too much foam and it was not set very hot at all, it was like slightly lukewarm. The jacuzzi was like setting in warm bath water. My mom went down in the morning like about 8:00 am and the jacuzzi wasn't even warm, it was cool. « less
