At Hyatt Place Chesapeake/Greenbrier, you’ll find the standard hotel lobby has been replaced by a free-flowing Gallery, featuring contemporary design and a comfortable coffeehouse vibe. You can choose from a variety of spaces where you can relax, watch a flat panel TV, work, or socialize. You can pick a couch in an open area, an overstuffed chair in a nook, or just grab a stool at the granite-topped specialty coffee and wine bar. And of course, you can stay in touch via free Wi-Fi from anywhere in the hotel. It’s a perfect atmosphere for guests who don’t want to spend their entire trip in the room.
The spacious guest rooms feature our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper and complimentary Wi-Fi. Our technology and entertainment center includes a large 42” high-definition flat-panel TV that can be integrated with your laptop or MP3 player through the Hyatt Plug Panel. Or you can kick back and enjoy high-definition channels and the latest movies on-demand.
At Hyatt Place Chesapeake/Greenbrier, guests can stop by the 24-hour Guest Kitchen for complimentary continental breakfast in the morning. We will also offer café quality made-to-order entrees and snacks such as a Gardener’s Frittata, our signature Barbeque Short Rib Sandwich or a Grilled Chicken Caesar salad, so you can grab a fresh bite, anytime.

This new community lifestyle center will consist of approximately 400,000 square feet of building area. There will be several national restaurants in the center such as Sterling’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Jason's Deli. It will also feature local merchants such as Let's Dish and Simply Culinary. Towne Place at Greenbrier will also have a Hyatt Hotel that will integrate into the center. The public gathering and concert pavilion will be at the center of property on Eden Way and will be available for after hour business gatherings and other public events.
