This was my second stay here in a few months. It's clean and comfortable. If I had a criticism it's the way the front desk handle a request. Upon opening the back of the coffee maker there was old coffee covered in mold in the reservoir. I called the desk and requested another coffee maker and explained why. The clerk said "Well I'll need to check that out" in a manner that made me feel like he was questioning me. Then when he got to the room he continually tried to tell me it was the coffee bag not mold. It was furry it was mold. He did get another coffee maker but he should have just taken it away and not debated weather it was mold or not with the paying guest. Other than that the room was nice quite (except highway noise) and comfortable. « less

Booked this hotel on Hotwire and called to request 2 beds because I was traveling with my 17 year old daughter. Manager informed me that I get the worst rooms when I use an outside booking agent. I am stuck with a smoking room and one bed. He said there was nothing he could do and that I should not use Hotwire. Translation he did not want to help me because I did not pay enough. Does this man realize that he works in the hospitality business. I will NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This guy was mean, nasty and rude. Good luck on your business sir. I guess you forgot who pays the bills. « less
