With so many hotels these days clustered around freeway exits with traffic zooming by, the Williamsville Hampton Inn is a refreshing change. We have stayed twice at this lovely property, and we hope to return.
There are many quaint shops, busy cafes, and nice restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel along Main Street.
I give the hotel staff top marks for friendliness and helpfulness. Every time we entered or left the hotel, someone on the front desk greeted us. The same goes for cleaning staff and breakfast room staff.
On our visit last weekend, we had an unusual problem: our room door would not lock. When I reported this difficulty, Tina from the front desk was up to our room within a minute or two. She quickly confirmed that the problem was beyond any quick fix. Telling us that no one from maintenance staff was on duty at that time, she quickly offered up a room change. A room right across the hall was available and we were settled into our new room post haste. We were very pleased with the efficiency with which the staff addressed and solved our problem.
The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. The rooms are attractively furnished, and the beds are quite comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of tasty food, including a huge bowl of fresh fruit salad
The hotel is a bit pricier than our budget usually allows, but the old adage does hold true, "You get what you pay for." We look forward to future stays at the Willamsville Hampton. « less

The location was what we found the best if you are there to shop, 4 miles from Walden Galleria and not far from Transit Rd. shopping. We will definitely stay at this Hampton again in the near future. « less
