Property Description

The Clarendon Hotel is central Phoenix's only boutique property with modern flair. The hotel provides upscale, four-star service and amenities at very competitive, budget-friendly rates, all in a unique, stylish and fun atmosphere. The Clarendon also offers Gallo Blanco, a popular local neighborhood restaurant featuring great food and service - the restaurant received a 5-star review in New Times/Village Voice in May of 2009. Breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as room service daily. The Clarendon Hotel is also a comprehensive, state-of-the-art meeting and conference facility, fantastic for both outdoor and indoor functions ranging from 10 to 150 people. Indoors capacity 10 - 75 guests, with three unique meeting spaces, the Grand Room (our largest), or the two more intimate Bolles Room (our private dining room), and the more traditional Board Room. All environments are complete with the modern trimmings one might expect - projection screens, DVD players, audio equipment, wi-fi internet access and portable whiteboards. Outdoors capacity 10 - 150 guests, with our newly revamped Oasis pool area is a unique and stunning outdoor courtyard, boasting one of the most creative pool settings in Phoenix - all surrounded by a two-story cascading water "wall." Ideal day or night for outdoor weddings, birthday parties, small concerts, fashion shows, photo shoots - you name it.
