Property Description

We would like to introduce ourselves as a Melbourne City property and part of Choice Hotels Australasia Chain. We are one of the best situated CBD properties, as we are located on the fringe of the city with the city being easily accessible without the inconvenience of slow moving traffic. We are only 20 minutes drive from the airport and only 900 metres from the interstate Spencer Street Train and Bus terminal, with airport transfers available direct to the hotel via the SkyBus city shuttle servcice. We have 42 rooms ranging from a single suite up to two room suites and apartments, with most of our rooms open to our spacious and refreshing courtyard. This provides our guests with a relaxing atmosphere and is a rare luxury to have in the city. All rooms have 3 Fox Sports Channels, 2 Foxtel Movie Channels & Fox8 Entertainment Channels free of charge. Air-Conditioning and Microwaves with some crockery and cuttlery is provided in all suites, with a small bar fridge and tea/coffee making facilities also provided. - 20 minutes drive from the airport - 600 metres from Flagstaff Station - 700 metres from Southern Cross Station & DFO - 250 metres from tram lines, including the free city circle tram service. - 250 meters to direct tram to MCG - 300 metres from Queen Victoria Market - 700 metres from Telstra Dome - 700 metres from Docklands (New Quay) - 200 metres to Festival Hall Walking Distance to: ~Rialto Tower Observation Deck ~Melbourne Central Station and Shopping Complex ~Chinatown ~Crown Casino ~Polly Woodside ~Melbourne Aquarium ~Southbank Shopping and Cafe precincts ~Yarra River Cruises ~Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre Please note: All rooms in this hotel are on an upper floor(has not an elevator). Airport & Shuttle Information

From Melbourne Tullamarine Airport: It is a 20 minute drive down CityLink freeway and take the Dynon Road Exit, which becomes Spencer Street, then left onto Dudley Street. Taxi will cost in the region of $40.00, or use Skybus, which will drop you at the hotel (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 8.30am-4pm, Sunday 9am-6pm). All other times dropped off at Spencer Street Station, which is about 900 metres from the property. Costs $15 one way or $24 both ways.(Family rates also available) Spencer Street Station and Bus Terminal is just 900 metres from the hotel.
