I stayed here overnight while attending a nearby airplane convention. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained it was despite the reviews I read. I saw a sign that said it was under new management. Maybe that was the difference. I rented two rooms for our stay. Both were clean and neat. Nothing fancy or luxurious, but the price was great and the wifi worked. I even saw kids and adults playing in the pool despite the early spring cool water. No complaints. It is basic lodging. Nothing more, nothing less. « less

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! We reserved a king suite for our family of 5. The first room they gave us had no power in the back side of the room, and the head board was ripped off the wall and holes were showing. They gave us a different room. We unpacked from our 2 hour drive and was very dissapointed with the room right from the start. The carpet and furniture were disgusting. My girls pulled out the tiny couch bed to go to bed, only to find out they couldn't sleep in it....the mattress went to the floor. So they pulled the moldy smelling bed off and put it on the floor. When brought up to the front desk there excuse was they were under new management. Also the Wi-fi did not work, which was a big reason we stayed there. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. « less

In town for one night, passing through during the RussMatt baseball tournament marathon. Needed a bed and pillow. It was quiet, CHEAP. OK breakfast, crowded, edible... I got it late and left early, but the room was clean, the staff was pleasant. Not much around this Inn, most of the restaurants are near LegoLand or farther up US-27. « less

We stayed here on a business trip in Feb. 2013 for one night. Our first night, everything seemed ok, staff was nice and friendly, check-in was easy, room was clean. But the next morning, I tried to mail a letter to my son in the military and I was told that they don't have any mail there and that they couldn't mail it for me. Then we needed to receive a fax, we were given the number and we waited 2 hours for the fax and kept checking on it. We were told the fax would be going to the mangers desk in the back and they had to wait for the manager. Then, we were told "we aren't doing faxing today!". Had they told us that to begin with, we would have checked out and found a place to receive the fax and not wasted the 2 hrs there waiting on it. We stay in hotels often and have never had a problem receiving a fax or mailing a letter. We tried to do our laundry and were told by the cleaning lady that we could buy soap at the front desk. We asked the front desk and they were out of soap. I tried to use their guest computer to print something and it wouldn't work. The computers were very outdated. I ended up being about to print it from behind the front desk. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are just looking for a place to sleep and don't need to do anything else. Breakfast had fruit, waffles (which tasted terrible), coffee, muffins & a few other things (nothing special). It was too cold to swim but the pool wasn't very clean looking. « less
