Thanks for your visit and review. We have a clean place and we try to keep it that way. Regarding the eggs,they are put on the service table and guests make their on choice.One employee is there to assist the guests during the breakfast timing. Some time when the breakfast area is full it takes a little extra time to set it up,However,We will look in to it and try to solve the issue.
