I have to say that I am always impressed with the Hampton Inn Hotels and this one did not disappoint. It was immaculate and the check-in process was swift. I was up to my room in under 5 minutes. The rooms was clean and comfortable and the coffee in the room was delicious. I checked out early so I did not get to have breakfast, which I miss because they put on a pretty good breakfast. The check out was fast and the staff knew I would not be having breakfast but they brought me out a fresh brewed cup of coffee for the road.It is conveniently located right off I-95 and there is a lot of shopping options in the area and a Dunkin Donuts right across the street that opens at 4am.. I would definitely recommend this hotel « less

Once we found the hotel, our experience was quite good. It is in a new construction area that is not in any except the most up-to-date GPS, which was not in our rental car. The address on the web site is technically correct, but it took a cell phone call to the desk clerk to get an address that actually worked. It was not even on the same street, but the clerk said they were well aware of the issue, it affected a lot of people, and they told the ones who called to use the other address.
The desk clerk apparently missed the customer service part of her training, « less
