This property has not fully been upgraded to the Extended stay standard their new logo would suggest. Maybe it was just the room I was given, but I doubt it....

I have resided in other hotels located in the same area. Extended Stay America Westchase - Richmond staff are very professional! They definitely try to accomodate you and your request as much as possible. The price is a little bit higher than some other hotels in the area; however, at the end of the day: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I am a very particular person when it comes to my surroundings and the safety of such. I am totally impressed because of the fact that the housekeeping staff knocked on my door to see if I need any room service. This was only after being there for less than 24 hours...impressive. To make things better, the front desk attendants by the name of Brittany and Jessica called my room after checking in to see if everything was as I expected. Last, but not least, Jernine works the morning hours at the front desk since I have been here. Her level of professionalism and committment to providing excellent customer service so early in the morning is nearly unheard of in today's society. Ladies, keep up the great work you are doing to retain happy customers! I am one of those customers. Price a little more, but well worth it because of the service. « less

My actual stay began @ Hartsfield International Atlanta Airport as a new comer, coming to Houston! Frassled & Trying to connect the dots prior to my arrival. I called Extended Stay America-Houston Westchase-Richmond, as I knew my hotel atleast! I wanted ground transportation information too the hotel. And, there she was over the phone same staff member as reffered by Lamechia O! Jeannine York, not to be confused with any other Jeannine out there! The service was quite good, but Jeannine herself deserves an excellent rating as being the first face you meet that represents a company! Flawless, did'nt have van service from airport to hotel, no problem I will call you a cab & have it waiting for you when you arrive! Upon arrival to the hotel after hundreds of calls she remembered my voice told me who I was and asked how was my flight! Checked me in right away all while wearing an endlessly warm smile! Laughing @ my jokes, because really who likes traveling leaving loved ones? So, when you can have a positive experience in the face of turmoil, upheaval, and facing the unknown! There is a reason for that and in this case it was "Jeannie York's " Intelligence and professionalism, courteous foresight, and above average knowledge, of quality customer service and caring! That allows you to look beyond minor imperfections, when you're watching perfection at work. "Extended Stay America I hope You're Listening!"
