"Bad hotel with no management nor corporate relation"

I booked the hotel. The room had no air conditioning, the refrigerator doors could not be opened, the elevator did not work, the entry light switch had no electrical plate (you can get electrocuted) and customer service desk had only one worker who refused to let me talk to his manager. He refused talking to me. Leave if you wished per customer service at the desk. So I left and went to Quality Inn and Suites which was 100% better. Called Hotel corporate office and got passed on and a promise that some one in the relation office would call the next day. She expected the customer to move to the next Extended Stay America and pay for it again the second time. It was horrible. I had to call my business partners and told them to cancel their reservation and head to Quality Inn and Suites next door. A/C was not repaired until the next day along with the elevator. I had to open my entry door to let the cool air come in the room since it was over 80 degrees. Never had a time consuming delay due to the hotel. Will report to BBB.
