We took a trip with 30 young high school students to the California area, I looked into many different hotels and the Chase Suite Hotel gave me the best quote and stuck with their word. They seemed very appreciative of our business and were great with such a large group. Check in was quick and easy, the front desk had all of our keys ready to be handed out. Our group enjoyed the spacious suites. The rooms were nice and clean, the bathrooms were a little small but they still had all the amenities we needed. The hotel provided hot breakfast every morning and an afternoon social (we never had the chance to attend the social, but it sounded great). I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

"Friendly staff/not field trip friendly"

We were traveling with 20 8th grade students and requested to have all of the students rooms in one area. We also wanted the boys and girls rooms separated by the chaperone rooms. We were told that this was not a problem. When we arrived this was not the case, our students were spread out across the entire hotel, all five buildings housed our students rooms. This made bed checks and check outs extremely difficult. Very disappointed and will not be using this facility again.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was perfect for our needs. The rooms were comfortable and provided for all of our needs and our students needs. However, as the leader of a junior high school group, I specifically asked that we be grouped together with the only separation being between girls and boys. I asked that the boys and girls either be split so that the boys would be on one floor and the girls on another floor, or all of us be on the same floor with chaperones between boys and girls, but we all needed to be together. I was told that this would not be a problem. To make the process easier, I sent the room list to the hotel five days in advance of our trip. However, when we checked in, our students were scattered in four out of the five buildings. For safety reasons alone, this is unacceptable, especially after being told that we could have a block of rooms together.
