We had a reservation so we turned up there and the guy said that they were full, despite the fact that we had already paid for our room. So we got a refund. It sounds annoying but actually we were very grateful because at 4pm in the afternoon the desk clerk was behind his bullet-proof glass - already having locked the office for safety. The place was crowded with long-termers who mainly looked pretty rough and scary. We were happy to be out of there! « less

My boyfriend and I needed to stay there for a little while when we fell on hard times. Initially when we went to visit the room and see what it would look like the attendant at the time rushed us bc she was late for takin her break and that trumped our business. Despite the rude woman we checked into a smoking room. We werent told of the long distance charges until they were made and we were told that wifi was free. When I got to my room I was awaited by at least 7 roaches at the door and 6 dead roaches in the bottom of the fridge, and the two eye was broken. The hotel then switched us to another room. After 3 months of staying here I was then told that I had to pay a one time fee of $5 then one month after I had paid that they went back to stating that wifi was free. They also threated to tow my car which has a non working motor but isnt an eye sore just bc they didnt want it to sit up front where there is absolutely no tow away zone signs or an employee parking sign. All of the attendants that work in the office are rude and the worst -- attitude comes from the manager. « less

I booked this room at the very last minute after an exhausting day in Atlanta. I had my dog with me, so I just booked the first place I found that didn't have an exorbitant pet fee. Upon check in, I asked for a non-smoking room. However, when I entered the room, it was evident that it had been smoked in, and recently. There was a cigarette butt and toilet paper floating in the toilet. After three attempts to flush it I realized it was out of order. Out of SHEER exhaustion, I decided I could live with it. Well, then I went to the bed to lay down, but when I pulled back the comforter I found LIVING INSECTS in the linens and pillows. One resembling a flea and one resembling a gnat. I snapped some pictures and left immediately. I was able to get my pet fee back with no trouble, but I am anticipating some trouble with the third party website I booked the room with. Bottom line DO NOT STAY HERE!! « less
