AVENUE PLAZA RESORT

We are a 256 all-suite resort with King, Double-Queen, and 1-Bedroom units having full kitchenettes. Each room bed type can be arranged individually after you accept this bid. We are located on the world famous St. Charles Avenue in the Garden District along the historic streetcar line, which is just outside of our door step. The Ashley House, which is our reception venue, is a historical Antebellum Raised Cottage built in 1841. It is nestled in our lush courtyard/pool area. We have meeting facilities that will comfortably seat up to 40 people in various settings. Mr. John's Steak & Seafood House is our in-house restaurant. It was voted one of the top steakhouses in the City. Rate is subject to availability and season calendar. This offer is valid for 1 week only.
