This was our first trip to Cleveland. We chose this hotel by the reviews here on TripAdvisor...and we were not disappointed. We arrived 3 hours prior to regular check-in. Staff was very helpful in getting us checked in. I had tried to book the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame package when I initially booked the room (Internet said it was available, when I called they said it wasn't but suggested to ask when we checked in). So I asked about the package and lo and behold, we were able to get one which included breakfast for 2 (great buffet, by the way!), parking, and 2 tickets to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. We did have to check out after the first night and check-in again to get the best rate but it was well worth it. Staff was very helpful on several occasions (FedEx package arrived for us, we lost a room key card, etc.). Coffee, tee, ice water and cookies available in the lobby throughout the day, along with a newspaper. Free shuttle provided, which we took down to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. They will come pick you up wherever you might be, until 9pm. All in all, a great stay! « less

Was in town for a charity event, the hotel is very nice and priced fairly. The staff was fantastic. Check in was fast and friendly. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, the hotel was packed this week end. Loved the fire place in the lobby, it was chily some days. The parking is very close to the doors in the back, not a long haul to get to the car. « less

All the staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and polite and did everything they could to assist us. Couldn't have asked for a better service. The hotel was clean, tidy and amazingly quiet considering its proximity to the Interstate. The AC could have been a little quieter but we got used to it and it was fine. The location is excellent for downtown, which is easily walkable and particularly Progressive Field which is opposite the hotel (but doesn't intrude). Playhouse Square, University Circle and the West side are an easy drive away and the Interstate is just round the corner leading to everywhere else. Would really recommend this hotel as a place to stay. We were there for 5 days and they were all good. « less

Buffet breakfast with omelettes and other things made to order was $11.50 and included juice and cofee.Easy and convenient parking ($16 fee is less than others). Very convenient for baseball fans - it's across from the ball park. We got the room through Priceline. « less

The room was nice but don't be fooled by the sleep number bed. It wasn't as nice as we were expecting. The staff was helpful. Based on staff and location, we will definitely stay again. « less
