On my way to Florida from New England, I ran into an unexpected snowstorm just southeast of Richmond. Although I wanted to travel further, the accumulation was rapid and the roads were not plowed. Having a dog limited my choices and finding lodging with limited visibility became a challenge. The suites were clean and well maintained. A full-size refrigerator, two burner stove, a microwave and coffe maker came with the room as well as a wide selection of tv channels. If I were staying for a number of days, this would have been a good choice. A Food Lion supermarket is in the same complex making it quite convenient to purchase groceries. A small kitchen area near the lobby has a limited variety of snacks. However, paying for all of these amenities, (over $100 a night), that I didn't use or need would not have been my first choice had the weather cooperated. If you need a place to just sleep and get an early start, there are motels a bit further south that are 1/2 the price. I recommend this lodging for extended stays as it is clean, convenient and close to 295. « less

We stayed here while PCSing to Fort Lee and were really happy with the place. It's near a Ruby Tuesday's and a few other decent restaurants which is convenient. We used the free laundry facilities (how nice!), enjoyed the complementary internet (yay!), and were overall very happy with the room (double suite). We paid a small fee for our cat to stay with us, and it was well worth it. Overall a good experience and a good option if you're looking to stay VERY near Ft. Lee (about 3 minutes from Sisisky gate). « less

Enjoyed the free washer dryer, and the opportunity to visit the store to get snacks.I also appreciated they let me know to turn on the ice maker in the fridge. Little things like that make a stay better. I really thought it was great when I took my dog out, everyone picked up after their animal. And the special touch of popcorn in the microwave.
