Two best things about this hotel are the beds and the staff. My friend and I shared a room with two beds. Wish we could say that we slept well, but the noisy room air conditioner kept us from reaching a deep sleep. Luckily our third night wasn't as hot and we were able to shut off the a/c and use the quiet ceiling fan. Front desk staff were helpful in giving us directions to what they felt were the best places to eat. When the temperature reached to the 100s during the day, we found the evenings were good times to use the pool. And we were the only ones using the pool for a couple of evenings. Next time I will try to go to Palm Springs when it's a bit cooler and I would stay here again. « less

You are one block away from the center of Palm Springs making it easy to access the many fun activities and restaurants that Palm Springs has to offer. The room was very spacious and the staff very helpful. Breakfat is not offered or included. « less

Stayed multiple times, 1 or 2 nights per week over a 5 week period in March and April for business. Clean room, quiet atmosphere, pretty property, though I did not use the nice looking pool or any spa services. The property has convenient and no cost parking and is right in the middle of old downtown Palm Springs but a block of the main drag so there is no motor vehicle traffic and noise. Many restaurants and morning coffee spots within easy walking distance. It was hassle free, reasonably price, desk people efficient and overall experience quite pleasant. « less

Great pool and two waterslides complete with lifeguard. there is one slide for smaller kids, which is mild and really safe.. and a big slide for big kids..of all ages. stayed in two bedroom unit with nice size kitchen and pleasant patio. nice furnishings. actually pretty spacious and reasonable for what we got. only suggestion is to change the checkout time to 11 as 10 is pretty early. overall, excellent time by all four families! food at poolside restaurant was surprisingly good. « less
