Our Motel is a two story building with exterior entrance's to each room. There is an outdoor pool that is seasonal. Our front desk is open 24hours a day. The parking lot is large, for RV's, trucks, boats, or trailers. We do allow pets, with a 10.00 per night/pet and we have a small park behind motel. We are located minutes off Hwy 182 and I-82, nestled within a quiet neighborhood. We are two blocks from the Columbia River which has great paths and a community center along the river located in the Howard Amon park. There are many events through out the year in the Tri City area. There is Cool Desert Nights in June featuring antique car shows and live music. There is the Hydro Boat races in July on the river. And wineries sprinkled through out the area. Our location is within walking distance to several types of restaurants or after hour hang outs within.
