I stayed at the Courtyard West Palm Beach for four nights, and I had a great experience specifically because of the great service. Mike at the cafe/restaurant was one of the most friendly, welcoming people I've ever met. Each morning, when I ordered a coffee, his friendly, happy personality literally got my day started on the right note. I was there with a group from work, and he took the time to introduce himself and learn our names, and every time we came and went he smiled and greeted us. He really made it feel like a great place to be rather than a work trip. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the nice accommodations and friendly staff. « less

We used this hotel for one night as our hotel on Singer Island was charging us a fee even though we were arriving at 1am. This hotel was convenient and staff was nice. Our room was clean, but AC was off when we got there and it never really cooled the room down. Expected alittle nicer courtyard being in Florida. « less

Even though there were no rooms ready on a Sunday afternoon at 2p I was not annoyed. I figured the hotel had turned a lot of rooms for flight / cruise guests and the housekeeping staff was overburdened (worked in hotels before). I had some errands to run and the front desk clerk Catasha was fantastic. She radioed the housekeeping supervisor Marlie to keep trying to get a "by when" commitment when a room would be ready.
Said housekeeping supervisor was alternately surly, dodgy, and unresponsive - empathetic with the FD agent, I smiled and left to run my errands. But gee, why talk that way to your coworkers when you know guests are listening?
Catasha took the time to give me detailed directions to reach my errand destinations. Nice!
Gone for one hour, Catasha had my room ready upon my return. Nice!
Cannot say enough good things about this lady, she is meant for hospitality. Marlie, not so much.

The staff is fantastic, you can tell they like working there , there are 2 individuals at the restaurant who are exceptional "Mike and Mama" are a terrific team. they make your stay there a great experience. Every time i arrive there (unless it's 0 dark 00) i always get a "welcome home" the front desk people are absolutely fantastic also. one stay i had a minor breakdown in my room and the maintenance dude was there as soon as i hung up the phone,, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK « less
