The hotel is 100% smoke free. 309 guest rooms including 36 suites: Presidential Suites, Balcony Suites, Hospitality Suites and Junior Suites. The windows in the guest rooms do open up. Each room has dual-screen plasma HDTV and additional amenities include in-room laptop safe, two-line telephone with voice-mail, high speed internet access and data port. Furthermore they offer laundry facility, in house restaurant with licensed bar, business center, microwave/refrigerator, tea- and coffee making facility, free bottled water and an indoor/outdoor pool and whirlpools. 20 meeting rooms totaling 24,000 sq. ft. of event space for up to 1140 guests. The Grand Ballroom has 7,218 sq. ft. and can seat up to 777 guests. Theme parties and creative catering is available with….Redcoat Service. The Colorado Springs Marriott is located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs with beautiful views of Pikes Peak. They also own their own land with hiking and biking trails. “A Room with a View”, the newest addition for the hotel is a Pavilion! 4,000 sq. ft. of function space with the great Rocky Mountains in the back ground. Whether you travel on business, taking a leisure trip or are traveling with a group, this hotel offers the perfect setting for all travelers.

Property Description

We offer an intimate, inviting ambiance with refined service that has made Marriott the Hotel of choice for discriminating travelers. Our environment provides our guests a business efficient, comfortable Colorado atmosphere uncommon in Colorado Springs and our 309 fully renovated, state-of-the-art, guestrooms and suites feature magnificent views of the mountains and Pikes Peak.We offer a full service restaurant and lounge, indoor / outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center and shuttle service within an 8-mile radius of the hotel. The Colorado Springs Marriott is conveniently located on the north end of Colorado Springs, and backs up to miles and miles of amazing hiking trails. We are approximately 20 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport and offer convenient access to area attractions including the Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and the Cog Railroad, the Air Force Academy and the Flying W Ranch – all only minutes away!
