I was planning a family reunion of sorts and chose the Hilton at BWI. The staff was great to work with. The banquet food was delicious (try the ice cream bar). The hotel is very well laid out with large lobby areas. The buffet breakfast was well worth the $10 we added onto the rates and those who were flying in could take the shuttle on their own directly to the hotel. They have one of the largest and prettiest indoor pools in the area with a hot tub. Some of the decor could use a bit of repair and the hallways are a bit plain, but over all this place is great. « less

The hotel room that we stayed in had mold on the ceiling and our bedroom smelled like complete smoke and not fresh at all. One of the front desk agents was not friendly at all, and seemed very very irritated to deal with anyone or anything. « less

The hotel staff from the driver that picked me up to the front desk was great. I had to go to a meeting late in the day and they arranged for a car to pick me up at a moments notice. The Executive Lounge is one of the best i have been at with actual food for dinner and breakfast. I will definatly be staying back at this hotel. « less

We stayed here for the "park and fly" feature that they offer guests. Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. Its in a convenient location and close to restuarants. We were told to call the hotel once we landed and the hotel shuttle would pick us up. We were at gate 18 and had several suitcases and the frontdesk made us walk to Gate 1 for pick up (the entire length of the airport). We arrived at Gate 1 and waited for 15 minutes and nobody came for us, so we called back to the hotel, they then told us to walk back to Gate 15 and the shuttle would pick us up there. After a long flight and many heavy suitcases we did not want to walk the entire lenght of the airport again. We waited another 20 minutes until they finally arrived. We were very disappointed in the hotel for giving us the run around and not accomodating us better. Will not stay here again because they did not seem to know what they were doing to pick people up. « less
