Fifty-four tropically decorated rooms help our guests to feel they are in an island oasis. Our standard landview rooms have two double beds or one king bed, sitting area w/TV, private bath, hairdryer and 4-cup coffeemaker. Our Bayview rooms are spacious with one king bed. a table and chairs are next to the sliding glass doors that overlook our beach, the bay and tropical landscaping. These premier units offer a small refrigerator and security safe. Our one bedroom All of our rooms are air-conditioned, offer cable TV with HBO and Florida tile floors. If you are going to just sleep in your room and go other places throughout day and evening, you will be fine. The bed linens were clean. The room itself was clean, but old and somewhat rundown. All of the grounds need to be cleaned, trash picked up, pool bathrooms cleaned at least daily including bath tissue. I would not stay here if you are planning on eating and spending time on property. Key Largo in itself is awesome! That being said. The town itself is old and rundown so it isn't easy to find a great place to stay. « less

Rooms were dirty, and were not cleaned even close to adequate..looks like the staff just came in a made the bed. Sheets and comforter stank..and hotel lobby smelled like rotten fish. This place should be ashamed for what it charges for rooms. Even in the Keys. « less

We booked one night hoping for the best and was pleasantly surprised. Understand most of the hotels in Key Largo are expensive, so (again) for the reasonable price the Bayside was a gem! They even throw in a continental breakfast. The state park is a stones throw away with a great beach and activities, but this is the place to stay. Oh yeah, did I mention the great hot showers? « less
