Hotel is located in beautiful City of Delafield. Just off of I-94 and Hwy 83 easy on easy off. Hotel is surrounded by great shopping centers and restaurants many are walking distance from hotel. Guest rooms are very warm and inviting with the new Stay Smart bedding and Showheads. Just have been renovated making you feel right at home. All rooms are non smoking. Meeting room space is available. Accomidates 40 people at the most can set up as classroom, conference etc. We also have break ammenities available and flip charts etc for an additional cost.

I know that I have stayed here in the Summer. But, recently there Summer Rates are more than I can afford. On New Year's Day 2013, I stayed for 2 nights and the total cost (includng taxes) was < $160.00. Room was fine; accessible Bath Room was great. Handicapped Parking was also convenient. For this economy the free Breakfast Buffet was sumptuous, and varied. One day they had Egg Fritters and Bacon. The next day Sausage and scrambled eggs was offered. Warm pastries were available both days. All of the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. « less

Stayed here on a recent personal trip to the area. Checked into room and noticed the door to the adjoining room had been left completely open! Closed and locked that and tried to turn on the air, but the fan would only stay on for 2 minutes at a time. Walls to the rooms are paper thin I could hear the entire conversation of the people in the next room in addition to other things I certainly did not want to hear. After I finally got to sleep, the best was comfortable.
Was up early the next day and used the shower only to find at least 10 black hairs in my shower (I do not have black hair). In addition the water in the toilet was blue. I couldn't get out of this place fast enough.
Summary - FIND ANOTHER HOTEL! Any other hotel in Delafield, or better yet, head down the interstate to a better hotel in a better location.
Unlike the other reviewers, I found the staff to be completely unhelpful and clueless on how to solve problems or accommodate guests. Go elsewhere. « less

Hotel is near to freeway yet all rooms are quiet and free from traffic noise. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. All amenities commensurate with the hotel price point are here including a decent exercise room.
Wi-Fi speed is fine with good signal coverage and for those craving calories upon arrival there is an Applebee's across the parking lot.
Local shopping is also above average with clothing, hardware and electrical shopping within walking/short drive distance.
I will always use this hotel when staying in this area. « less
